Refund & Return Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
